Who this is for
You'll recognise yourself here.
The work suits ambitious professionals at a turning point — people doing well on paper who know something needs to shift.
- You're good at your job — often quietly excellent — but it isn't translating into the recognition or progression it should.
- You keep watching louder, not-necessarily-better people move ahead of you.
- You know you want something different, but you can't yet put your finger on what.
- You're facing a real decision — a promotion, a pivot, a return — and want to make it deliberately, not reactively.
If any of those landed, we should talk.
About
Most professionals I work with aren't failing. They're quietly stuck.
Delivering results no one notices. Watching opportunities go to people who are louder, not better. Quietly wondering if maybe they're the problem. They're not — and you're probably not either.
My own background is in fast-moving industries — years inside fintech, where I saw how the most capable people can hit an invisible ceiling, tangled in culture and politics that have nothing to do with how good they are. Those patterns aren't unique to fintech; I've seen them across tech, consulting and beyond. Wherever you are, I'm not reading your world from the outside.
I've lived it. The work starts with clarity — and everything else follows from there.

The approach
Inner clarity before outer strategy.
Clarity first. Direction next. Then the presence to back it up.
What's really in the way
We name what's actually been holding you back — and what you genuinely want, underneath the noise and the shoulds.
Where you're headed
We get clear on where you want to go and why it matters, so your next move is a decision rather than a reaction.
How you get there
We build the narrative, positioning and presence that let the right people see the work you actually do.
No templates. No generic advice. Just honest coaching that helps you move.
Meet Curiosa — she holds the questions, you hold the answers.
Not ready to talk to a coach? Talk to yourself first — properly. Curiosa asks the kind of questions I'd ask, built on Clean Language, the method from counselling psychology that shapes my coaching. She gives no advice and adds nothing of her own — everything that emerges is yours. She asks; you discover.
Fifteen minutes, your words only, nothing stored. Bring the thing that's been circling — the offer, the role, the stay-or-go — and see what emerges.
Work with me
Ways we can work together.
Three depths of engagement, each built around the same starting point: getting clear before getting strategic — so you leave with decisions made, not just insights collected.
The Clarity Session
The offer you can't decide on. The role that has quietly stopped fitting. One focused conversation to get underneath it — and to feel how the deeper work lands before committing to more.
- A 90-minute deep-dive session
- One clear, honest next step
- A written summary of what surfaced
- Credited toward a programme if you continue within 14 days
The Turning Point
Stay or go. Step up or sideways. You've run the pros-and-cons list a dozen times — the list isn't the problem. Three months to get underneath it, so that when you move, the outer strategy finally matches.
- A decision you can stand behind — and explain
- The thinking that led to it, in writing
- Positioning, story & first steps for the move
- Support between sessions
- 8 coaching sessions over 3 months
The Long Game
For a season of real change — a promotion into unfamiliar territory, a pivot, a return. Transitions like these aren't one decision but a hundred small ones, and six months of thinking together means you make each from clarity rather than momentum.
- The transition made — step by step
- Everything in The Turning Point
- Deeper narrative & presence work
- Ongoing accountability between sessions
- A way of thinking that outlasts our work
Pricing is shared on our discovery call, tailored to whether you're self-funded or supported by your employer — so we can talk about fit before figures.
What clients say
What changes when you get clear.
On being passed over
I'd been passed over twice. I kept telling myself the problem was my performance — turns out it was how I was showing up. Once I understood that, everything shifted. The promotion came four months later. I'm still a little surprised it worked that fast.
— Kristina · Compliance Professional, European FintechOn finding a new direction
I knew I wanted something different but I couldn't say what. Karolina helped me see that the pivot I wanted wasn't as radical as I thought — I just needed to reframe the story I was telling about my own experience. Within three months I was in a completely different role.
— Lucas · Fintech Professional, Career PivotOn making the case for a move
I had eight years of experience that nobody could see properly because I didn't know how to talk about it. Karolina didn't rewrite my CV — she helped me understand what my experience actually meant, and then I could explain it. That was the thing nobody else had done.
— Sylwia · Operations Professional, Moved into StrategyOn a pivotal career transition
Working with Karolina during a pivotal career transition was incredibly grounding. As an achiever, it is easy to get caught up in the pressure of 'what's next,' but Karolina helped me hit the pause button and look inward. In just one session, she helped me realize that the key to my professional boldness isn't about shifting my identity — it's about establishing firm boundaries so the person I already am can show up fully. She provides a gracious, entirely non-judgmental space that allowed me to untangle my true professional goals from external expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for deep, actionable clarity.

Questions
Good to know.
Who do you work with — is this only for people in fintech?
No. I work with ambitious professionals across fast-moving industries — tech, finance, consulting, life sciences and beyond. My own background is in fintech, so I understand that world from the inside, but the coaching itself isn't sector-specific. What my clients share isn't an industry — it's a moment: they're good at what they do, often quietly excellent, and ready for real clarity about where they're headed. If that's you, the logo on your CV matters far less than the questions you're sitting with.
How is this different from mentoring or consulting?
A mentor tells you what they did. A consultant hands you their answer. Coaching helps you find your own — which is what actually sticks. I bring real experience from inside these industries, but the work is about your clarity and your direction, not me prescribing a playbook.
Where are you based?
I'm a career coach based in Amsterdam, working with clients across the Netherlands and internationally. Coaching is done online, so we can work together wherever you are — in English or Polish, whichever feels most like you.
How are sessions held?
Online, by video, wherever you are. Most of my clients juggle demanding roles across time zones, so sessions are built to fit around real working lives.
Can my employer fund this?
Often, yes. Many clients are supported by their employer's learning or development budget. I can provide everything you need to make the case, and pricing is set up for both self-funded and employer-funded coaching.
How do we start?
With a discovery call — a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about where you are and where you want to go. If it feels like a fit, we'll talk about the right way to work together. If it doesn't, you'll still leave with something useful.
