Before I became a coach, I spent years working inside fintech — at companies like Revolut, Azimo, and Recharge. I know the culture, the pace, the internal politics, and the invisible ceiling that appears even for the most competent, high-performing people. You don't need to explain your world to me. We skip straight to strategy.

I'm an ICF Certified Brain-Based Career Coach, which means my work sits at the intersection of proven coaching methodology and neuroscience. We don't just set goals — we understand what's actually driving your patterns, and we use that knowledge to build a strategy that genuinely sticks.

My clients work across payments, lending, banking infrastructure, compliance, risk, and product. What they have in common: they're better than they appear online, and they're ready to change that. They come to me when they've tried to fix it alone and realised the problem isn't effort — it's positioning.

I work globally, primarily with English-speaking professionals in Europe and beyond. Coaching sessions are held via video call, and I offer WhatsApp support between sessions for clients in ongoing programmes.

I started Curious Coaching after years inside fintech — watching brilliant people get passed over, not because they weren't good enough, but because they were invisible. I was that person too. Building visibility deliberately, not through hustle, changed everything. That's the work I do now.
